Pricing questions
- What does the setup include?
- Setup is $249, once per company. It includes Val — your own AI assistant — the app on your phone, and your first sign or truck magnet, printed by a professional sign shop and shipped to you.
- When does the monthly charge start?
- You pay each sign's first month (or year) at signup, and it starts the day that sign goes live — its first scan. After that it's $49/month for your first sign or magnet, $29/month for each one after, or $480/year for the first, $290/year for each one after — two months free when you pay for the year.
- Do I pay for every job?
- No. You pay per sign, and a sign is reusable: when a job is done, point that same sign at the next one from your phone. A good rule of thumb is one sign per truck.
- How much is another sign?
- $99 to print each sign after the first, then $29 a month for it. Add one any time from your dashboard.
- How much is a truck magnet?
- Truck magnets are coming soon — We're excited. We're just not done casing the trucks. When they land, the price is $49 a month for your first, $29 for each one after ($480 and $290 a year), and $99 to print after your first. It's 12 × 24, tall, for the truck door, with its own code and its own count. The one that comes with setup can be a sign or a magnet.
- What do estimates and invoices cost?
- Nothing extra. They're included with every sign and magnet plan, for your whole company, from day one. We never touch your customer's payment: they pay you directly.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Each sign's plan renews until you cancel it.
- Can I spread out the setup?
- Yes. You can finance the setup at checkout — Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay decide, not us.
